Delete your account

You control your data. Here's how to delete it.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the Padelite app on iOS or Android.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm by typing your username.
4. The account is deleted immediately.

Or, delete by email

If you can't sign in, or you'd rather delete by email, write to amr.nabil@padeliteapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll confirm and process the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your email, password hash, phone number and name.
• Your profile photo, cover photo, and any personal metadata (username, gender, bio).
• Your uploaded payment receipts.
• Your push-notification tokens.
• Direct personal identifiers on your account row.

What we keep, anonymised

To preserve the integrity of historical tournament records (standings, brackets, champion lists), the app keeps the match results and the fact that a player participated — but replaces your personal name with an anonymised label like "Player #1284". This keeps other players' records accurate without exposing your identity.

If you want the anonymised placeholder itself removed, you can request that too and we'll do our best, subject to the ongoing tournaments in which you played.

Timeline

• From inside the app: account is deleted immediately.
• By email: we confirm and process within 7 days.
• Backup retention: encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days before rolling off. After that window, the data is gone.
